I enjoyed extremely working together with Kelly. She is not only very helpful and friendly, she is also not troubled by adversity, very resourceful and creative. We worked together in several workshops and we would meet in the morning, discuss briefly all the 'to do's' and I would start the day on a positive vibe. She is not only a great facilitator, but also a good organizer, communicator and insightful trainer.
Francesco Melita - Owner @ De Verhalenvanger Training and Coaching
Kelly Mitchell was my graduate student at the American University School of International Service. Kelly is disciplined, hard-working, and committed to public service. She is a top-notch student whose grade point average placed her in the top ten percent of her class. She has combined solid academic credentials with extensive field work to become an accomplished professional in a relatively short time. Her regional focus is mostly Latin America, where she has put her linguistic skills to good use. Kelly has outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills, as she demonstrated in her MA capstone project, which she completed under my supervision. Her enthusiasm and always positive demeanor are infectious. I recommend Kelly Mitchell to any would be employer in the highest terms and without reservation.

Her ability to manage others and her desire to foster meaningful environments and experiences was a true asset to our Community Assistance Program. She also has a great eye for program design and generating powerful analysis regarding program evaluations and assessments. I look forward to seeing her grow in her career.
